HR 342
The HR 342 is a current production model. It was designed by
Germán Frers. It is done in the classic Hallberg-Rassy style with
teak decks, mahogany interior, and fixed windshield. It
has a longer waterline and a bit more headroom than the HR34 it replaced in
2005. This boat sports a fractional
rig. The boat also has a deep fin keel with bulb(drawing 6') and spade rudder and
should be a very good upwind performer. A sail drive with folding
two blade propeller is
standard equipment.
