HR 36

The HR 36 was built between 1989 and 2003 with 606 boats produced.  It was designed by Germán Frers.    It is done in the classic Hallberg-Rassy style with teak decks, mahogany interior, aft cabin, and fixed windshield.  This boat is a masthead rig with double spreaders, has a bolt-on, very heavy lead keel.

Other comments, plans, special notes: Currently cruising in Greek Islands and Turkish waters. Overwintering in Turkey again this year. Have fitted arch with 280 Watts solar panels giving 80-100 amps per day, and 5 X 115 amp Trojan batteries. Also re-upholstered saloon in leather, rear cabin (now I normal-size double bed crossways) and cockpit cushions. Also new sprayhood and bimini. Boat is now in new comfort zone!
