HR 45
The HR 45 was designed by Germán Frers, his first HR commission. Seventy-one
boats were built between 1989 and 1996. They are a very beautiful center
cockpit sloop, with the traditional HR fixed windshield and raised teak decks. They
also introduced several innovations for Hallberg-Rassy, including external lead ballast
and divinycell cored hull . The HR 45 has been replaced with the present HR 46.
